As the former managing partner and co-founder of a 50-million dollar national brand in the luxury real estate and hospitality industry, I know that success relies on an infinite growth mindset supported by self-awareness and agility for sustainable high performance. I was juggling the responsibilities of building a thriving business and a homelife consisting of 2 gorgeous girls. I was the one fixing it all, overgiving, and overachieving, and defying the odds of single motherhood in a depleting and unsustainable way.
