THE RADIANCE TRIBE Return Policy: I want you to be super satisfied with your purchase but I also want to make sure that you’re putting in your biggest, best effort to apply all of the strategies, systems, and techniques that I packed into the course. I offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify and be eligible for a refund, you must show proof that you did the work in the material and that the course did not work for you.
In the event that you decide that the Radiance Tribe was not right for you or your business, within 30 days of enrollment, please email: email@example.com and let my team know that you’d like a refund before the 30th day at 11:59 EST. You need to include your coursework with your refund request. Please note: we can not process a refund request without coursework. If you submit a refund request without it, we will not be able to grant your refund request.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Tatiana Dudyez. To further clarify the refund process, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
